Using StreamYard to Stream a Live In-Personal Finale Training
This is how to enact the 'Streaming a live in-person finale' plan using StreamYard

2021 StreamYard Training (Streaming from a Studio)
This training explains how to put on an event from a studio, as done so from 2021. Please note it says to pre-record, where you would be going live insread.
Streaming Platform Generic files
All files that you shall require for StreamYard will be added here.
Studio & recording Logistics (For Virtual Finale ONLY)
- Ethernet Internet Connection
- Electricals with multiple socket inputs for lighting, fans, heating etc
- Sufficient lighting in the room, without sunlight causing big variations
- Double glazed windows with minimal outside noise (no airports or busy roads)
- A lock on the door of the studio (separate AV room = bonus)
- Ideal room size = 12ft in length (4ft between camera and presenter and 4ft behind camera)
- Good lighting (Ideally Soft-box lighting)
- Mic and audio recording utilities
- Good quality sound proofing, no excessive echo (acoustic panels = bonus)
- Plain background or green screen
- Cameras which are able to record in 1080p (two cameras minimum)
For CW Finale, there will be items included in the ‘Finale in a Box’. Please use items from here, and add anythign additional that you require.
