Experience of taking part in Charity Week
Proficiency in admin related tasks
Bags of Infectious Enthusiasm to motivate and inspire others around you
Understanding of the ultimate vision of Charity Week
Sufficient time to commit to Charity Week between February – November 2020
What does this role entail?
Organise and run smooth team meetings that produce clear action points for each department
Guide and monitor the delivery of action points as set in meetings
Manages resources – allocations, ordering, delivery and returns for regions/or institutions
General management of team diary and timeline for the national/or regional team
Oversee team welfare for the national/or regional team
who Will be my support?
The Central Shura (planning) team consisting of the relevant team leads across international/national/regional teams
The International or National Team General Secretary team
The National or Regional Team departmental leads
The Islamic Relief/EAA fundraisers / coordinators
