Charity Week is the week beginning Monday 26th Oct – Sunday 1st November.

However, if these dates aren’t ideal for you, you may choose to hold an event  around this time, all the way upto Friday 13th November!

We’re here to help! Email us at info@charityweek.com and we’ll do our best to support you and put you in contact with a local team member if needed.

The best way to cover costs for your event is to include this within the ticket price for your events, and all the profits can go to charity!

You may also want to speak to friends and local businesses for donated items that you may require for your events.

The best way to promote your event is by reaching out to family and friends using your messaging & social media apps and word of mouth!

Create a poster, and begin messaging far and wide. The more you share the word, the more people you can unite at your event!

We have simple poster templates that you can place your event details into and you’re ready to go!

If you’re feeling more creative, you’re more than welcome to design your own poster, just don’t forget to add the Charity Week logos, found here

Each year your donations go towards sustainable and emergency projects around the world, mainly supporting orphans and needy children.

We have a project survey, where you can vote for which projects you think should be funded this year. For past years, view our annual reports for a breakdown of all the projects funded.

After Charity Week

Each year your donations go towards sustainable and emergency projects around the world, mainly supporting orphans and needy children.

The project survey is where you can vote for which projects you think should be funded this year. For past years, view our annual reports for a breakdown of all the projects funded.

Charity Week is unique because YOU get to choose where the money goes. Make sure to vote in our projects survey, and the final projects and their breakdown will be published in that year’s annual report.

You, the volunteer gets to vote for where the money raised in CW2020 goes! During Charity Week the project survey will become available for you to fill in. This will include a range of projects across different countries.

The best way to follow each project is by reading our annual report. This will give a breakdown of each project funded and how much has gone to each.

If you have any further questions, email us at info@charityweek.com

At the end of Charity Week, the money raised will be collated together. The Annual report which is then released later the following year will detail the projects that we have been able to fund this year, based on the funds and the project survey votes.  In sha Allah together with your help, we will be able to help even more orphans and needy children!
